I`ve been without my computor and oh how frustrating not knowing whats been going on at Goy, lots for me to catch up on.
In the meantime I have kept busy with hubbies help of course making new garden furniture from the old singer which last year had a plant box on top and now has been turned into a table. Then the old bench from the front garden which had become very rickety we cut down and made into a comfy chair.

Thought I`d just show you my Photinia Red Robin now its had a drastic chop, it doesn`t look as bad as I thought it would and at least it pleases neighbours.

Now I`m off to see whats being going on with other goyers.

That's very creative of you both ... even a hole for the parasol to slot into! I do like the colour you've used ... really soft on the eye if that makes sense! Was the Photinia a huge one? I'm willing mine to grow faster to hide the fence ... lol! :o))

Thanks Cinders as you may have guessed I find it difficult to stand still always want to be on the go.
Shirley it wasn`t any taller than it is now but was very bushy - the one with only gravel in the garden complained that he couldnt look up the street to see if there was any traffic before pulling of the drive - so I compromised and gave him viewing holes.

Funny enough Jiffy I could never work my moms treadle my hands wanted to do what my feet were doing.lol.
Glad you like Libbet, everything near his boundry fence in my back garden has got a flat back he doesn`t like it if any follage protrudes. Sad he`s even got astro turf for his back garden lawn.

What a great idea, I would never have thought of doing that.Love the colour. I don't know why but I always seem to stick with the traditional garden colours. Maybe its time i was more adventurous.

Thanks Rose, this colour is about as adventurous as I get. Now Paul has done his fencing in quite a bold blue which I love - but wouln`t dare.
