not bad[ that means very good in my part of the UK by the way] scenery really and I wonder how many people notice it even if the traffic is stationary?

A great way of keeping calm in bad traffic! The first pic could have been taken in the UK.

is it the shape the grass makes between the trees?

After a long stare I think I've got it - does he have a big mop of curly green hair and two small bushes for eyes?

lol,no there is a REAL Frosty. Ok- get yer magnifier and look at the maintenance trunk near center right at the bottom of photo no.1. The truck looks like he's got a red sail in his truck (that's my imagination!) and there's Frosty with one arm up right in front of him.

Its been there at least a decade..all year. Protected from rain and sun by a dense canopy of evergreen Oaks and Bay tree's.
More tips? He's right after the first vehicle to the left Or, He's 5 cars from the right. I think once you spot him,you can visualize the scarf he's got on to help.
