Not keen myself on square planters, but they look stunning in the right setting - urban garden or formal.
The second picture looks absolutely right for the hot summer days with the Kangaroo paw?, Coleus, pansy, calceolaria and begonia? Not a combination you would think of, but wow! does it work!
