Give your border a jungle makeover with this elegant plant thatproduces green, purple or chocolate-maroon spathes (Jun-Jul), above large tropical-looking foliage. Garden care: Apply a generous layer of mulch in autumn to protect from the worst of the winter - or if they are in pots, move them to a sheltered spot. Protect the emerging foliage from frosts in spring. Do not allow dormant tubers to dry out completely.
