Cascading Begonia Bulbs Pack Of 10 Bulbs

Cascading Begonia are single and double flowered in a gorgeous mix of colours. These trailing blooms look great in window boxes patio tubs or hanging baskets where their loose hanging growth is shown to its best advantage.
Start the Begonias into growth as soon as possible planting the corms 5cm (2) apart in trays or individually in 7cm (3) pots. When planting plant with the hollow side uppermost so that the tip of the corm is just level with the compost surface. Place in a cool position with good light and ventilation - the ideal location is a cool greenhouse or windowsill. As they shoot grow on at a warm temperature protecting them from strong sunlight until they become established. Allow slow compact growth. Harden plants off by moving them outside after all risk of frost has passed. Water regularly throughout the summer but avoid water on the foliage as this causes scorching and feed approximately every 2 weeks. Always keep the top soil broken up so that water can penetrate the roots and remove spent flowers regularly to prolong the flowering season.
