"Supermoon"

On Saturday, Pimpernel told us that there would be an enormous bright moon in the sky that night. I can’t remember on which blog, otherwise I would add this comment there!

Anyway, on the BBC website, under News, there are pictures of the “supermoon” and a short account about it. The skies were too cloudy for some of us to have seen it last Saturday, but apparently it will still be pretty big tonight, so if the skies are clear, worth looking out to the North East . . . I’m definitely going to try and remember.

We have sunshine and blue sky at last today; still cold though. Happy Bank Holiday Monday everyone :))
