I feel for you Gilli where we lived before here our neighbour turned out to be a bully nasty man, it was a shared driveway (never never never again) and he abused his right over our land left right and centre, horrible man made my life a misery, even ended up in court and outside the courtroom his lawyer told him he wouldn't win so he ended up settling out of court!!!! Stupid man he could have done that months before, now where we live we have wonderful neighbours, friendly but not intrusive, in fact this bit of the street is like its own little community and i never want them to move!!!
i know how hard it is to ignore these bullies Gilli our solicitor kept saying don't retaliate keep a diary etc., etc., but its hard!!

I think he was locked in somewhere, i don hope yours has a happy ending too Mavis, do let us know won't you?

On question - Hi
Its not a Eucalyptus is it?
On question - Hi
yes course you can Tusalady, i have had a lot of support from this website and family and friends, everyone understands why we returned him, such a shame but the home can only go on what information they are given i guess, most of the workers there are women and it was a woman looking after him and she said how lovely he was, well he was with me i could do anything with him but not so my husband or daughter. It was not meant to be but we are still looking and not going to rush into anything just yet, doing some more reseach into breeds and rescue dogs.

thanks everyone, makes me feel a bit better, he is already back on their website and they have taken into account my observations and written a new story for him, i hope he finds a nice lady to look after him.

I don't know TT, i did ask but they didn't know the owners address, and on his vaccination card he was from Market Rasen which is 30 miles or so from here, the address has been blacked out though so can't read it, pity i would have liked the lady to know he is ok.
On photo - The real Jerry!!!
thanks everyone not going to do the radio i don't think but will do the blanket thing TT, he's a bit more settled today, have been very strict with him, he has to wait and sit when i put his lead on, then wait whilst i open the door and if he's quiet then he can come out, behind me i might add. He has picked that up very quickly don't think he's had any lead training at all or other training, he is house trained (thank goodness), he is sat at my feet as i type this and i love him already!! He hates my husband tho!! Obviously not used to men at all, growls and barks at him (ooops!) Dennis is going to take him out tho and feed him for a while so he knows he won't hurt him. Fingers crossed!! Watch out for further blogs on Jerrys new life and ours!!

On blog - We are getting a dog!!!!!!!!!!
He had only been at the kennels for a day when this was taken so he's still a bit wary, poor things life has been turned upside down, hoping he'll perk up a bit when he's in a home rather than a kennel, will keep you all up to date!!!
