Parcels arriving!

Well its that time of year again, parcels have started arriving this arrived yesterday (i had forgotten i’d ordered it!!) Its a passion flower and they had added some free Phlox!

i also received a Bearded Iris Germanica called ‘Blushes’, from an ebay seller but was a bit disappointed with the size and what i paid!! Will be more careful in future.
In that case i would have been better at the garden centre but as people know on here i can’t get out much so i do order a lot on the internet, i have had some great successes and some disappointing ones mostly from ebay sellers, i usually try to stick to well known companies that i have ordered from before. I am not saying all ebay sellers but the odd one i have been disappointed with.
I am waiting on some Clematis coming they should be sent out this month they were another newspaper offer ( i have had a lot of these lol) 3 Clematis for £4.00, they will be young plants but the ones i have had before have all been healthy plants and are doing well. I want to put them near the back door now we have had the gates put up i feel safe in planting things behind the gates i would like to put some trellis up against the fence and make it into a sort of courtyard filled with flowering plants and some veg! Will post pics when everything in place.

Its lovely receiving parcels isn't it, I bought an iris on e-bay must be three years ago now, so tiny still hasn't flowered(maybe this year), yet bought one the same time from another seller and split that twice already and flowered every year, luck of the draw, tend to stick to sellers I've bought from before now.
Those offers are brill aren't they had several clematis from T+M offers in mags all were quite small but got going in no time, love a bargain :-)
Look forward to seeing pictures of your new purchases when they get going :-)

I haven't ventured onto e-bay yet, still learning the basics ! I have 6 Clematis and 6 Geraniums still growing well, ordered them through a Sunday newspaper years ago and was, still am, very pleased with them.
I love that silhouette photo of the tree. : o )

Like a birthday every day Sewing. You have given yourself a few hours/days work there. I don't call gardening work though more like therapy I always think. Happy planting and hope you manage ok.
