Clematis reply

Had a reply this morning from the firm that sent the clematis that i wasn’t happy with, ‘they were sorry to hear i was not happy and thankyou for sending the photo, i have shown your photo to our warehouse manager and he says it looks as if it got battered a bit in transit, the roots are strong so it should improve, if in a week or so i am still not happy please let us know’ well i don’t think its been battered actually i still think its been in the dark as its pale and leggy, but i will leave it and see but if still not improved by next week another photo and email is going to be sent!

The water in my pond seems to be going down a lot i have an awful feeling its got a hole in the butyl liner somewhere! Not a job i am looking forward to, can’t do it at the moment its full of frogspawn but it will have to be emptied at sometime…..horrible smelly job that will be!!

Back is still sore so no gardening again today, watered up in the mini greenhouse, everything coming along nicely, i am itching to get out there the grass needs cutting after i put weed and feed on it it seems to have grown overnight!! Oh well these things are sent to try us, i battle on!!
