hi everybody on gyo. i am not having much luck with the weather, i dont suppose any body has got much done.
i dont think i will get much done now until jan/feb next year as i need t have an operation,(ileostomy) which i have been told i will be laid up for 3to 4 months. but never mind i will be able to direct family and friends from my chair. but we will see.
have been clearing borders and cutting back some bushes, planting bulbs, and collecting seeds, in between the rain and the wind but all in all not the weather for gardening is it.
regards to all. scousemonk

Sorry to hear about your operation. It's good the 3 - 4 months you'll take to recover will be in the winter. Hopefully by spring you'll feel like doing some gardening again.
All the best, Hywel.

It sounds like you've been busy when the weather has allowed. I hope you make a quick recovery after your op.

No doubt you'll get very good at delegating. As you say, directing work from your chair.

The weather forecast for the next few days is quite good for many parts of Britain, so maybe you'll get a few more tasks done - or supervise others !

Wishing you all the best.

Take care of yourself and don't try to do too much. At least you should be able to talk to us on GOY still!
