We had some very needed rain today and i was able to work in my cactus shed this afternoon. The first flowers are beginning to show.

this rebutia is covered in buds this year..

so many buds appearing all over….

all is not well with this pachycerius_pringlei i think it suffered in the winter. I decided it was do or die…..

using a saw and other tools i managed to salvage the top and a slice from the middle…

hopefully the top will root and the slice will produce pups…

heres one i did earlier….lol

this mammilaria_evamanniana i chopped up this time last year.

meanwhile in the poly tunnel Julians tomatoes are flowering and one plant a ‘ravello’ even has fruit…

more rain here tomorrow i think. so i’m looking forward to another day in the cacti shed.

thought i’d show u my mum Vals latest painting…

thanks for looking..Sandra.:-)
