as most of you know ive had a big upset this last week loosing my lovely angelina, its hard to keep cheerfull but each day gets a little better, my son asked could we have the xmas decorations up early to help cheer me up, i wasnt excited about it but agreed, so off he went into the loft as he usually does and brought everything down for me,
my lovely hubby baz gave me a helping hand by handing everything to me as its a nightmare putting the tree together, anyway all done, ive always had a real tree till last year but have to say im not an artificial tree lover.
so next year i think its back to a real one, i may get a real one for the garden now ive got electric,
its early for me to, normally weekend before is close enough otherwise i tend to get fed up with them, so here`s my xmas decor to share with all my GOYer friends, wishing you all a very merry christmas and happy new year xx :o))

well at least i wasnt last to get them up heheh

Looks lovely Sandra, nothing like Christmas decs to cheer you up a little! Im waiting until after Robin's visit on Sunday otherwise he will think its Christmas now and that will really confuse him!

8 Dec, 2009

thankyou carole , glad you like them :o) bet robin loves christmas doesnt he, i can understand what your saying, so after his visit you can put them up ready for his christmas visit, does he enjoy seeing the decorations around the shops and town to carol, its a happy and sad time i always think, mixed feelings, hope your ok , your first xmas without sweet polly x

8 Dec, 2009

Yes Sandra Robin does love Christmas and is on a count down to Christmas Day, he comes to us for his dinner and can recite down to the last crumb and drop of Brandy what he is going to have lol
It is like you say a happy time but with a tinge of sadness, as we will miss polly and I know you will miss your lovely Angelina. I have been making xmas cards and Polly has been the focus, so I have relived some happy memories but it has also bought a few tears as well. Take care xx
