hello everyone, baz and i went for a run to glasson dock which is quite close to where we live, the sun was shinning and baz wanted to give his old ford cortina mk2 a run out,so i thought i would show you some pics i took while there, unfotunatly no flowers there but still a lovely walk, so peacefull and the swans were there to say hello…well they wanted feeding really. so we walked along the canal then back over the road looking across the sands, the tide was out but still a lovely view, had an ice cream then took it slowley back home, stopped off for dinner which was good, walking really makes you hungry, all in all a lovely day together, which doesnt often happen when you have a family and work…you know what i mean :)), remember the saying running round like a headless chicken….well we have headless swans.. dont worry no swans were hurt while taking these pictures,… he he

Looks like a lovely day out San!

That mk2 Cortina must be a great age, my brother had one in the 80's (not too far from you, in Warrington) and it was an old car then! He loved it and treated it better than his girlfriend lol.

What a lovely trip out Sanbaz. Your pics are lovely....even the headless swans (are they on holiday from the Tower of London?)
My Murray is car and motorcycle mad too. He had an old Thunderbird which he fixed up and made into a hot rod. Now my stepson Brad and Murray are fixing up an old Land cruiser to go mud bogging in. Sometimes I wonder if I come first !! LOL.
