Good afternoon friends,
Just back from a dog walk, and it’s very humid. Rain was promised for all day, but nothing more than a spritz. Neighbor just said it’s to be this evening, oh well.
It was so dreary that we took a nap this afternoon, me, dog and one cat. I would still be asleep but for the cat wanting something to eat.
I managed to take a few pictures of the blooming things today. If we get some rain this evening I will be out in the garden tomorrow getting things tidied up for company next month. Weeding is an ongoing process, and I am getting weary of them. Apparently this is a weedy year. Or I see more of them because of the cataract operation!
Took me a while to figure out how to add the pictures, but now I am a pro!

lots of shade under the pines and I am almost certain there are several dead 'things' that over the years dogs have killed are buried there. I don't ask, and hubs won't tell. Just so they can't be dug up! 8-((
