Thanks for the answers, the trough turned out OK but how the crazy paving will turn out I have no idea, it must still dry off for another week or so before I will attempt to turn it over....then I think I will make a bigger trough.

Didn't that turn out really well, I would buy that in a shop, it looks as if it's been around for years! Have you decided what you're going to plant into it?

Hi Libet, it wasn´t bad for the first one, at the moment I don´t know if I will leave it as a bird bath or plant something in it, the problem is it is fairly shallow, I will have to have a look at which plants like little soil....any ideas are welcome.

How did you mould the trough, Rogi? I've seen how-to's involving two cardboard boxes, one inside the other, and polystyrene boxes that were used to pack fish being covered inside and out.
