They flower in early spring, so they are very useful plants! OOPS! You said it flowered in spring - sorry.

 

same goes for me! Thx.

 

They also come in Pink, red or white and without variegated leaves. We have a lot of different ones and they have crossed and self seeded rather nicely around.

 

So that's what sunshine's like.

I think pulminaria officinalis (lungwort) - watch out for mildew

 

iv this in my garden but its very Small @present :) Thanx 4 Naming it for us Andrewr :)

 

Polyginum amplexicaule I believe or as A says Persicarium

 

Persicaria affinis (it may be a named form of it). Another "good ground cover" but you may find is too vigorous in a small garden
