can you please tell me if I cann save my young fruit tree that was planted about 3/4 months ago it just budded for the first time but started to turn brown because of the drought and if so what do you advise I do

As long as you're keeping it watered now, it might survive. You could try giving it a feed mixed in with the water. It's wait and see if it recovers, I'm afraid, but you won't get any more flowers this year. As long as the leaves stay and grow, it'll survive.
