My garden is infested with ants all colours, brown, orange black they are in the soil and in every pot all loaded with eggs how do I rid the garden of them?are they harmful to my plants?

They are not harmful as such, but their burrowing can disturb plants. Try a puffer spray or disturb them to expose the eggs for the birds to eat.
