I have been growing courgettes from seed inside and they have been coming on great, it is a nice sunny day today so I put them outside as I thought it would would do them good, within half an hour they were starting to bleach. Is the sun to strong for them and should I just keep them inside?

They won't thrive inside and need to be planted outside. The weather has been so iffy that they probably had a bit of a shock when the sun came out!! Mine haven't produced much in the way of fruit and they have been out for weeks.
