I think Freckles means a Jade Plant (Crassula ovata). Freckles, there is a Jade Plant which naturally has yellow-green leaves with red edges. It hopefully would have had a label saying 'Sunset', or 'Hummel's Sunset'. Otherwise, I would suspect too little fertilizer, and/or too much sun.
