i have pulled off more than the flower tip and a bit of the stem, .i have bought 3 large plants, hope you can help. we dont know much about them, thanks . harry mc neil .@btinternet.com

As long as there are still leaves and the roots aren't damaged, the plant should come back all right. I would give it a feed, Harry, as well.
I hope it's OK.
