Black spot? If it is, try spraying fornightly with Rose Clear. Good odea to be doing this anyway with roses as a precaution.Pick up and burn any fallen affected foliage.

Yup, it's black spot. And as the previous person said, pick up all the leaves that fall. Also, if you water, try not to use a sprinkler, cos that splashes the spores everywhere.
