It looks to me to be a member of the Salvia or from the Honeysuckle family but as this photo is out of focus I can not see any detail of the flower or leaf.
I would call it 'Fireburst'

Aeschynanthus, not sure of variety, can't see the leaves properly, maybe A. lobbianus. Personally, I prefer Dbverycherry's name of 'Fireburst' though, at least is pronouncable!
