Why are my alstroemerias not flowering?

Can anyone suggest why my alstroemerias are not flowering? I have had them for years, have divided them as seemed necessary, but still no flowers. They are in a semi-shaded border and get mainly morning sun, and some later in the afternoon. Any advice much appreciated!

Sadly, mine haven't flowered for years, Cammomile. I think perhaps they don't get enough sun, and need a more open situation.

It's got to be the weather - mine haven't either and they cost so much money. I think they have been overtaken by everything else in my border and can't reach what sunlight we get.
