new zealand cabbage palm

my leaves are turning brown.dont know if its been watered to much-too little worried it will die any help please?also the new leaves at the top they were lovely but have become sagging and going brown

I'm no expert Jigsaw but I think you are right-too much water. However, If you go back to the questions and answers here on GOY, to aprox June 2008 you will find lots of similar question and answers. Good Luck
