why has my new leycesteria not started growing yet

I planted it about 6 weeks ago, thought they were fast growing

they are once they have got established. you have to allow them some time to grow new roots and start active growth. hopefully the roots will be exploring the loose soil in the planting hole and it will start active growth soon.
