I have a rose bush that I thought was a seven sisters. After reading several articles, I don't know if it is. It has clusters of seven roses but all the same color. My problem is that it hasn't produced flowers for the last two years. Is there anything I can do to rejuvenate it?

I have pruned it for the last two years. I cut it down to about two feet high and remove all the dead wood. All I get is a five foot high bush with greenery.

I'm not an expert but I would try a very hard prune.....You don't say what size it is....Might be worth taking a pic of it & upload it to this site for more expert opinions than I can give.
