Why are my coleus collapsing?

I recently planted some coleus indoors where there is constant airconditioning. The recommendation is to keep them moist. However, quite a few are collapsing! The area is well lit. Maybe they are too cold?

it could be too cold and too wet. When you say constant airconditioning, does it blow cold air like a draught? if so it could be too windy too , the plant will lose more water it can take in.
