how fast yucca felamentosa grow?

It might, it might not - seems to bloom better in hot years, but even mature plants don't always bloom. I'm trying to visualise a one gallon container - plants usually come in litre containers so I guess you might mean something about 3/4 litres in size. If that's correct, it's very unlikely to bloom this year or even next, but you never know, you might be lucky.
