Can anyone identify this please? My friend at work (who's not a gardener!!) bought in one of his plant's succulent 'leaves' for me to ID - I have no idea what it is and he's asked me if it needs full sun/shade/watering etc. It's an indoor plant apparently.

Perhaps he thinks you've got a crystal ball - ask him to photograph it, if nothing else he must have a phone he can snap it with.
