Does any one know how to go about growing a cloud pruned box?

I have 2 box shrubs about 2ft in diameter in pots . I was intending to prune them like birds but hasnt quite turned out like that. Does anyone know how to do it or suggest a web site that would show me how to cloud prune?

Poaanua has done this to trees in his garden. Take a look at the photos. If you can contact him, he would be able to advise you.
