definitely 'do not go to jail' you are off the hook jeanna :o)but i dont know what it is. it looks typical of the umbelifera group. it probably has come from bird seed though.

It almost looks to me as though it could have a hollow stem like the ones we used to use for pea shooters when we were children, but I cannot think what they were.

we used to use wild parsnip for this but the leaf is a lot broader than this.
