Cherry Tomatoes

This is the first time I have attempted to grow cherry tomatoes. I have potted them up in the greenhouse. Do I take off side shoots when they appear as you do with ordinary tomatoes.?

I always do . and i grow it until it is the height i want then i stop the plant by taking out the growng tip.
