I bought a Tumbling Yellow last year that was recommended for hanging baskets as was it's Tumbling Red equivalent, I have purchased Sweet Olive seeds this year and they also state on the packet that they are suitable for hanging baskets.
as an aside, the tumbling yellow were delicious ;)
