Can I cut back pernettyta mucronatta hard into the wood? I have 3 shrubs, but admit to sadly neglecting them. At the moment, they have beautifull berries and some leaves, but all on the end of long woody stems.

Normally you only prune Pernettya, or as they have now been renamed Galtheria lightly. I am not sure how well it would take to a hard pruning.
