same problem brown patches on leaves of anthedasia

re the question on Anthedasia ... mine have the same problem brown patches on leaves only on two largest plants out of 12 plants. Wonder if they need repotting. Wonder how to remove leaves and stem of the unhealthy leaves. Please ?

I assume you mean Anthurium adreanum, sometimes called Anthurium anthedesia. Just cut out at the base the affected leaves and stems.
