Which Mahonia cultivar + species is this - anyone know. Also, any guesses as to the Euphorbia on the very right as well?

Its definitely Mahonia aquifolium - whether it's the variety 'Apollo' or not I can't say, looks exactly like my straightforward M. aquifolium to me.
