Hi Ali and welcome to GoY. At this time of year I doubt anyone is selling crocus bulbs you need to be looking in September October time on the internet. One company that I know of that does extremely good bulbs is Jaque Amand.

I'm not sure how happy crocus would be in Saudi Arabia I have to say.

If you are sure that you can suceed with crocus in Saudi, Ali, I would suggest two sources for quality species crocus.
One is Rob Potterton in Lincolnshire, England:http://www.pottertons.co.uk
The other is Janis Rucksans in Latvia. Janid does not have a web site but you can contact him by 'joining' The Scottish Rock Garden Club forum and sending him a personal message. http://www.srgc.org.uk/forum/
Crocus bulbs will not be available until August/September of course.

I have sent you a message on my Saffron photo on which you remarked Ali , I sent for my bulbs from Sutton's Seed co. they appreciate full sun in rich well drained soil ~ on heavier soil you need to add some sand to help break up the soil ..., my information sheet tells me that they can easily support summer heat as well as the winter cold , I set mine in August ,I didn't have any flowers the first year , last July August was my first good year ,I was able to harvest a small jar of Saffron ...
