Hi again. This is a photo of some plants i have. They are ten week stocks and some Marguerite cuttings that i took last Autumn. Couyld anybody please tell me when it is safe to plant these out in North Wales. Many thanks.

I wouldnt plant the stocks out until the middle of May personally.
The others still seem very small and need the tips pinching out to encourage them to bush up. I wouldnt plant out until after the last frosts personally.

I agree. Look what happened last week! You wouldn't want all that good work to go to waste, because they look good.

The Margeurites should definitely wait till end of May, as with most summer bedding plants - I'd wait till mid may for the stocks.

Thanks to everyone who has replied to me. It's all really helpful. I'll definitely hang on a good while yet before i plant them out. Thanks again

I'm not at all sure if there is a photo attached to this comment. I posted one earlier and it seems to have attached to this posting. anyway if one is attached, it's of a
Rosemary bush and a Ribes and Forsythia. We planted them about two years ago in an old bath that my husband rendered to look like a dry stone wall. I'm really pleased with the effect.
