Horsetail Aaargh!

This is the dinosaur grass that comes apart like lego. The roots go to Australia. It has no proper leaves and therefore resists all legal weedkillers.
Any ideas? Napalm?

I have also seen the suggestion of injecting it into the hollow stems. depends on how much you have i surpose.

Mr Titchmarsh (himself) reckons that digging it out again and again until it gives up is the answer!

When I first moved her three years ago we had lots. I still see it every now and again but usually as it is just starting to poke his head above the soil. I pull it out when I see it.
Persistance pays off.

Stamp all over it or beat it up with a walking stick or similar before you spray it with glyphosate - it will then absorb the weedkiller.
