Morello Cherry Tree

Hi All, A few weeks ago I bought a young cherry tree, which for the time being is planted in a pot, it appears to be doing quite well. I plan to plant it in the garden later on in the year. What I need to know is am I suppose to cut the leaders off the tree? And if so can anyone explain how I Identify the leaders?

no you dont have to cut anything of .i would cut down to the more healthy leaves though looking at it
