cotoneaster coral beauty

my cotoneaster has lots of flowers but only a very few berries ,does anyone know why ?

it isnt getting pollinated properly. dont know why other than perhaps it needs another plant near by to provide cross pollination. some times berries fail if it gets to dry mid set.
