Hello I suspect this is a Phalaenopsis Orchids - The Moth Orchid? if so Spritzhenry has written a blog on the care of these its title is 'Awkward Orchids' and is on page 9 of her blogs or if you go to O at the bottom of this page and click on Orchids you will also find it there and lots members questions and answers on this page.
