There are pink and white slow release feed capsules around as well as the yellow/green/blue ones which are more common.
There may be soil pests in America with eggs big enough to see, but generally as has been said before, mollusc eggs are either milky white or clear.

Water snails have pink eggs laid in groups above the water line of any nearby water source - could be up to 1m from water source. Other common garden snail eggs are white/milky.
