Hi Paugod and welcome to GoY, unless you are running the car engines constantly in the driveways I would have thought it unlikely. Conifers live perfectly happily near major roads with a lot more exhaust fumes wafting around them.

I agree but they do if the exhaust runs for any time and pointed directly at the the bush we have seen photos on hear from delivery vans causing problems when engine left running to near the bushes.
