yes that is an ideal time to move them. as long as your ground isnt frozen they will be fine. try to do as little damage/disturbance as possible to the roots. It is a good time to split a large clump too..

Agreed they are very easy to move, prepare the new planting area with some well rotted compost to give them a good start.
