Whats this Plant called?

I was given this plant by a customer it started off well but went down hill i have no idea what its called or why its doing so badly in my greenhouse, can anyone tell me what it is maybe then i could figure out why its doing so badly.

We dont think its a ficus as theres no milky sap and no ariel roots, theres no fruit on it or flowers it seems so strange but thankyou for tryin if you have any ideas what it could be that would be great.

I'm not sure, but it looks like a fig/ficus. We have them all over florida. I'll go look up and check back with ya :))
