Yes, it's a Polygala myrtifolia. I've had to take mine into the greenhouse for the winter as they're not hardy.

Could it be polygala calcarea - deep blue/lilac flower with whiter fringey bit? Good for rock gardens. Spritzhenry response just come in, while I made a cup of tea ... wish this website would keep up!! ... myrtifolia flower is more greenish, I thought? Camera can be deceptive.

I'd say P.myrtifolia too.

It's a bad colour to capture digitally, but my photo is very true to the actual colour.
As Spritz points out, they are tender here in the UK.
