hi again ! Bit of a dilemma .Can I freeze my chives that Im tiding up ? dont want to chuck the whole lot(and thats quite a lot in the bin! Please help.

..or just crumble them up when frozen hard. I also freeze Coriander.

I cut mine up into inch long pieces and put them into a freezer bag, they are just as delicious as fresh ones. I also freeze mint and my chillies.

I do, some people open freeze them then bag, others put them into icecube trays with a drop of water so an individual portion is there but you need to cut them up first
