In general, it isn't the right time of year to be feeding cuttings, Lynette. You need to concentrate on getting them through the winter. If you feed them now, they could put on young growth too fast which would make them more vulnerable to frost damage.

I'd echo Spritzhenry's reply - even houseplants don't get fed regularly during winter. If they're outdoor plants, feed from spring when you plant out, or repot.
